I encouraged everyone who experienced this type of treatment at San Marino Post Office on Huntington Drive, please voice your complaint from similar experience.
the old lady with the short blonde hair is bitter AF! "yea theres plenty thats free the air is free boxes are free." wtf!? shitty life= shitty customer service! get this lady a new job or make her retire she's hurting your company!
I went to the San Marino post office today to purchase a box for upcoming mailing.
We were dumbfounded by the aforementioned remark.
I have always found the postal workers very helpful, professional and courteous. I love to go there!
Intolerance like this should not be further encouraged.

I'm giving it 5 stars because this is the least busiest post office around even though they have only around 2 workers at time. You can park in front and be in and out.
It was 30 min before closing time. No one in line. We politely asked the postal clerk Sharen to see if they have a bigger box for purchase. She said no and dismissed us as we did not exist. We asked her for the second time and inquired if she could check. San Marino Post Office counter clerk Sharen's disparaging response to us: "Like I said before no. What part of English you didn't understand?," said Sharen.
